HOME/SERVICES4 PRACTICES

Four practices.
One operating model.

Every engagement starts the same way — a two-week diagnostic. From there we plug in the practice, or stack of practices, your situation actually calls for.

HubSpot Implementation

From a blank portal to a system your team logs into without being asked. We configure all five hubs — Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, Content — against your real sales motion, not a textbook one. By go-live the system reflects how your team actually works, and the documentation reflects the system.

// DELIVERABLES
  • Data model document & pipeline schema
  • Configured portal, sandbox + production
  • Lifecycle automation & routing logic
  • Custom reports & team dashboards

CRM Migration

Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot-to-HubSpot, spreadsheets. We move records and their history — activities, notes, attachments, ownership — without losing the context your reps and managers depend on. Cutover happens on a Friday. People work on Monday.

// DELIVERABLES

  • Dry-run in sandbox · 3 cycles
  • Data quality report (before / after)
  • Cutover runbook & rollback plan

Sales Process Design

Pipelines, stages, exit criteria, forecast logic, dashboards. The process you have written down somewhere — finally encoded into the system that runs your team's week. We start by watching how you actually sell, then build the model to match.

// DELIVERABLES
  • Pipeline schema & stage definitions
  • Exit criteria per stage, documented
  • Forecast logic & deal scoring
  • Manager & rep dashboards

Integration & Automation

Quote-to-cash, finance sync, support handoffs, custom lifecycle automation. Workflows built to survive HubSpot's quarterly releases — properly tested, properly documented, properly owned by your in-house admin when we hand off.

// DELIVERABLES

// METHODOLOGY

The same four phases, every time.

We don't run two engagements the same way internally — but the shape your team sees is always the same. Predictable. Documented. Yours to inherit.

PHASE 01~ 2 weeks

Diagnose

We ride along. Watch the work. Pull a real map of what the system needs to support — not what the org chart says it should.

PHASE 02~ 4 weeks

Design

Model the motion in HubSpot before we touch production. You approve the blueprint. Then we build to it.

PHASE 03~ 4 weeks

Build & migrate

Records move with their history intact. Workflows are tested in sandbox. Cutover on Friday, people work Monday.

PHASE 04~ 8 weeks

Adopt

The hard part isn't go-live, it's day 60. Weekly office hours. Fixes the team asks for. Handover to an admin who can actually own it.

Common questions.

If yours isn't here, write to us — we'll answer plainly, and most of the time we'll add it to this page.

Most of our work is with teams already on HubSpot — usually because something isn't quite right with how it was set up. We start with the diagnostic and figure out whether the right path is a re-implementation, a process redesign, or just unblocking the in-house admin.

Eight to fourteen weeks for a single-hub or single-pipeline implementation. Sixteen to twenty for full five-hub builds with migration. We've done faster — and we've done much slower — but those are the honest median ranges.

That's the default. The diagnostic phase is partly about documenting what nobody has written down — by sitting with your reps, your managers, and the people doing the work. By the end of phase one, you have a process document. Whether we keep going from there is up to you.

By the end of an engagement, yes — and we will help you hire or train one. The work we hand off is meant to be ownable. If there's nobody to own it, we end up on a retainer by default, and that's not the relationship we want either of us in.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price for implementation work. Hours-bank for retainers. We don't do hourly billing on project work — it punishes both of us. The diagnostic is a flat fee and tells you what an implementation would cost before you commit to one.
